Lice and Easy is a locally owned, full-service lice removal salon in Jacksonville, FL, led by longtime friends Simone Croft and Dara Grizzard. Together, we bring 15 years of combined professional lice removal experience and a family-focused approach to every appointment.
OUR STORY
A Local Lice Removal Salon for Jacksonville Families
Finding head lice can quickly disrupt your family's routine. We created Lice and Easy to give local families a place where they can get professional help, clear answers, and personal attention without feeling embarrassed or overwhelmed.
Our salon is private and available by appointment only. During treatment, you can sit back, relax, and watch a movie while we professionally remove lice and nits and answer your questions along the way.
We use chemical-free products during treatment and work with clients of all ages. Our full-service approach extends beyond lice removal to include nit removal and comb-outs, head checks and lice screening, family and children's treatment, head washing and detangling, prevention products, and school and daycare screening.

We want families to feel confident about what happens after treatment, too. Qualifying lice removal treatments include a 30-day retreatment guarantee and a free recheck at any time within the 30-day period.
Because untreated lice among close household contacts can lead to reinfestation, the guarantee requires all household members to be checked and any infected individuals to receive treatment. We also offer friends and family discounts on head checks to make screening close contacts more convenient.

Meet the Owners
Two Friends. One Local Mission.
Lice and Easy is owned and operated by two Jacksonville natives whose friendship began long before they became business partners. Simone and Dara met in the eighth grade and now combine their professional lice removal experience to help local families through an often stressful situation.
Simone Croft
Simone was born and raised in Jacksonville and graduated from Stanton College Preparatory School. She is a mom of four and has been married for more than 20 years.
She has helped others with head lice removal for more than a decade, including seven years of professional experience. Simone enjoys educating families, answering their questions, and helping make lice removal feel less intimidating.
Outside the salon, she enjoys crafts, learning and educating others about clean beauty products, playing board games with her family, spending time with friends, and traveling.
Dara Grizzard
Dara is a Jacksonville native who loves calling the city home. She lives with her husband of more than 20 years and their three children.
With eight years of professional lice removal experience, Dara has helped hundreds of families address head lice. Her friendly personality and quick sense of humor help put children and parents at ease while she handles the detailed work of professional lice and nit removal.
When she is away from the salon, Dara enjoys reading, crafting, camping with family and friends, changing her hair color, and going on cruises.
